In line with our #trustbasedphilanthropy approach, we changed our Program Officer title to ‘Resource Partner.’ We feel that it better captures the way we see this role -- less about compliance and oversight and more about partnership and collaboration. 🤝 On that note, meet our Senior Resource Partner, Ashley Morton (she/her)! Ashley has been with Headwaters since its inception in 2017. A lifelong Montanan, Ashley is passionate about listening to and supporting our partners from Sula to Eureka. ✨ MNA is seeking Montana nonprofit leaders, volunteers, and board members to serve on a focus group on creating inclusive boards. The purpose of the group will be to inform best practices, barriers, and opportunities in maintaining inclusive and diverse boards. We are seeking a multicultural and multiracial participant group to inform the process, leading to the development of materials, tools, stories, and resources to lead towards thriving, diverse, and inclusive nonprofit boards.
